1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • No advance payment required — simply receive and pay.

2. Bank Transfer / Advance Payment

  • Pay in advance via bank transfer.

  • On eligible orders below Rs. 3,500, enjoy delivery for only Rs. 60 instead of Rs. 250.

  • Bank transfer details and payment instructions are provided at checkout.

  • Advance-payment orders are processed after payment verification.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 working days after order confirmation or payment verification.

  • Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

💰 High-Value & Special Delivery Orders

For certain orders, additional terms may apply to ensure secure delivery:

  • Orders above Rs. 10,000: We may require a 10% advance payment before dispatch. This amount is adjusted against the total order value.

  • Areas serviceable only through Pakistan Post or special delivery services: Additional charges or partial advance payment may apply. Our team will inform you before dispatch.

These measures help us protect both our customers and our business, ensuring every order reaches you safely.

✅ Order Verification & Failed Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Please provide your correct name, active phone number, and complete delivery address.

  • Our team may contact you to verify an order when necessary — this is to protect you from fraud and ensure accuracy.

  • If a previous order was:

    • Refused

    • Repeatedly undelivered

    • Returned due to incorrect information or customer unavailability

We may require a partial advance payment before processing a future order.

We request your understanding — these measures help us maintain the highest level of service for all our valued customers.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • In case of a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • For COD orders, the courier company will collect the exact amount mentioned on the package. No additional charges will be applied at delivery.

Q3: What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Q4: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request an address change before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee a change in delivery address.

Q5: Is it safe to pay in advance via bank transfer?
Yes. We provide verified bank account details at checkout. All advance payments are securely processed and verified before order dispatch.
